Helpful staff in tough times

He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The lobby felt outdated, and while our room was okay, the bathroom had not been remodeled, leaving it a bit shabby.

the room was supposed to be accessible, but the bathroom toilet seat was loose. but the parking lot was well-lit and easy to access. enjoyed the hot water in the shower. the bed had a comfy mattress topper.

The room was minimally clean for the brief time spent there, but the overall atmosphere felt outdated. There was a distinct musty smell, and the decor could use a modern touch.
